The International Chinese Muslim Conference 2023 with the theme “The Roles and Impacts of Chinese Muslims: Embracing The Future” will be held from August 18-20, 2023, in Kuching, Sarawak.

The Right Honourable Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, Premier of Sarawak will officiating the conference.

The conference will bring together Muslim scholars, leaders, and experts from around the world to discuss important issues facing the Chinese Muslim community and explore ways to promote interfaith harmony and understanding to echo the concept of Malaysia Madani.

The conference will be organized by the Malaysia Chinese Muslim Association(MACMA) and will feature a diverse range of sessions and workshops on topics such as Islamic education, Islamic finance, Islamic culture, and the role of Muslims in promoting peace and development. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage in networking events and participate in cultural activities highlighting the rich history and traditions of Chinese Muslim communities.

This conference will contribute to strengthening interfaith cooperation and promoting peace and harmony among people of all faiths and backgrounds draw a diverse group of attendees from Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, China, and around the world, including representatives from government, academia, and civil society organizations.

The conference will also provide a unique opportunity for attendees to learn about the vibrant history and culture of

Chinese Muslims and explore the ways in which they have contributed to the development of Chinese Community.
